Caroline Kleindienst, MA, RSMT/E
Somatic and Creative Therapy
I am a somatic movement educator and therapist, arts therapist, meditation teacher, and multidisciplinary artist living on Maui, Hawaii.
I approach healing as a whole- body process, facilitating deeper connection between body, mind, and spirit.
The principles that guide my practice are to support the body's innate wisdom to emerge and help clients reclaim safe, nurturing connection and natural authentic expression of the self as tools to restore balance and wholeness.
I am committed to empowering my clients to discover their unrealized potential and help them to create a meaningful life for themselves filled with safety, passion, and love.
Engaged in the helping and healing arts for almost 20 years I specialize in working with depression and anxiety, chronic illness and mystery illness, grief and loss, recovery from addiction, trauma, intergenerational trauma, and life transitions.
" I had the opportunity to work with Caroline Kleindienst, as she guided me through my grieving process. My husband and dearest friend and companion of 35 years passed away from cancer last April. We did online sessions (I live on Vashon Island, she on Maui) and Caroline created a safe, creative space for me to feel feelings and express things that are too hard for me to open up to anyone about this loss. Though I still (and will continue to) miss him and grieve for him, Caroline’s healing work gave me the tools to help me handle the emotional ups and downs you experience from a loss like this."
